Worxly je navržen tak, aby vaše data zůstala u vás. Aplikace neshromažďuje, neodesílá ani nesdílí vaše osobní údaje s vývojářem ani třetími stranami.
Kde jsou vaše data
Vše, co vytvoříte (docházka, hodiny, přesčasy, projekty, zákazníci, mzdové údaje, faktury, poznámky, místa), se ukládá výhradně lokálně ve vašem zařízení. Aplikace nemá vlastní server.
Poloha
Při zapnutém automatickém sledování používá aplikace polohu pouze ve vašem zařízení k rozpoznání příchodu/odchodu (geofencing). Poloha se nikdy neodesílá. Oprávnění „Vždy" slouží jen k funkci na pozadí. Funkce je dobrovolná.
Zálohy
Zálohy můžete exportovat a uložit do umístění, které si sami zvolíte. Vývojář k exportovaným souborům nemá přístup.
Kalendář
Volitelný export zapisuje směny do vámi zvoleného kalendáře (s vaším svolením). Data z kalendáře aplikace nečte.
Nákupy (Worxly Pro)
Předplatné/nákup zpracovává Apple přes In‑App Purchase. Platební údaje aplikace nevidí ani neukládá.
Žádné účty, žádné sledování
Aplikace nevyžaduje registraci a neobsahuje analytiku, reklamu ani sledovací SDK.
Smazání dat
Data plně ovládáte v zařízení. Odinstalováním aplikace se odstraní lokální data. Exportované zálohy odstraníte v umístění, kam jste je uložili.
Děti
Aplikace není zaměřena na děti a neshromažďuje žádné údaje.

Worxly is designed so your data stays with you. The app does not collect, transmit, or share your personal data with the developer or any third party.
Where your data lives
Everything you create (attendance, hours, overtime, projects, customers, wage data, invoices, notes, places) is stored solely on your device. The app has no developer server.
Location
With automatic tracking on, the app uses your location only on your device to detect arrival/departure (geofencing). Location is never sent anywhere. "Always" only enables background operation. The feature is optional.
Backups
You can export backups and save them to a location you choose. The developer has no access to exported backup files.
Calendar
Optional export writes shifts to a calendar you choose (with permission). The app does not read calendar data.
Purchases (Worxly Pro)
Handled by Apple via In‑App Purchase. The app neither sees nor stores payment details.
No accounts, no tracking
No sign‑up; no analytics, ads, or third‑party tracking SDKs.
Deleting data
You fully control your data on the device. Uninstalling the app removes local data. Exported backups can be deleted from the location where you saved them.
Children
The app is not directed at children and collects no data.

Standort
Bei aktivierter automatischer Erfassung nutzt die App Ihren Standort nur auf Ihrem Gerät (Geofencing). Der Standort wird niemals gesendet. „Immer" dient nur dem Hintergrundbetrieb. Optional.
Backups
Backups können exportiert und an einem selbst gewählten Ort gespeichert werden. Der Entwickler hat keinen Zugriff auf exportierte Backup-Dateien.
Kalender
Der optionale Export schreibt Schichten in einen gewählten Kalender (mit Zustimmung). Kalenderdaten werden nicht gelesen.
Käufe (Worxly Pro)
Abgewickelt von Apple über In‑App‑Käufe. Die App sieht/speichert keine Zahlungsdaten.
Keine Konten, kein Tracking
Keine Registrierung; keine Analyse‑, Werbe‑ oder Tracking‑SDKs.
Daten löschen
Sie kontrollieren Ihre Daten auf dem Gerät. Deinstallieren entfernt lokale Daten.
Kinder
Die App richtet sich nicht an Kinder und sammelt keine Daten.
